Daniel’s passion for design and building began early—drawing house plans, crafting with Legos, constructing tree forts, and even digging backyard ponds. Growing up in a large family in a small home fostered his appreciation for efficient space planning and clever storage solutions. These early interests evolved into a lifelong dedication to design and construction. After earning his master’s degree in architecture, Daniel spent more than a decade at an award-winning traditional residential firm in Georgetown, working on projects ranging from contemporary renovations to expansive classical estate compounds. He is now a licensed architect in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., and holds a Class A Residential Contractor’s license in Virginia.

A native Virginian, Daniel lives in Alexandria with his wonderful wife of 19 years and their three energetic children. When he’s not crafting architectural designs or coordinating subcontractors, he enjoys family adventures, time outdoors, athletics, woodworking, home improvement projects, and chasing kids around the yard.
